This solution provides DNS-based content filtering, network monitoring, and secure domain resolution management ("the Service") intended exclusively for residential, family, and authorized household infrastructure management.
By provisioning, installing, or establishing traffic ingress via this service, you represent and warrant that you are the primary account holder, network owner, or authorized administrator of the local deployment environment. You explicitly acknowledge that deploying this service results in the real-time logging, processing, and potential blocking of internet traffic requests across all client devices connected within your local household fleet.
Notice: It is your sole responsibility to inform household members, family members, and guests utilizing your network architecture that active DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) privacy monitoring and content filtering solutions are implemented.
To maintain absolute architectural integrity for private household administration, all processing queries are segregated. Your explicit browsing histories, resolved patterns, and filtered domain metadata are isolated strictly to your dedicated FAMS instance. This data is never sold, aggregated for monetization, or exposed to external third-party data brokers.
The platform leverages continuous threat-intelligence streams and custom-curated blocklists to isolate malicious, tracking, adult, or high-risk domains. You recognize that automated categorical filtering is not 100% accurate. The platform does not guarantee complete omission of all objectionable internet anomalies, nor can it guarantee total immunity against operational false positives. The system is delivered on an "as-is" basis, and operators are not liable for transient network disruptions, device-level configuration gaps, or upstream server availability.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate isolated single-tenant or lite instances that violate regional digital safety parameters, attempt reverse engineering of the ingress gateway routing cores, or attempt utilization of infrastructure configurations for commercial multi-tenant resale without clear prior authorization.
